Substance Use Treatment
Substance use treatment is counseling-based care for people whose relationship with alcohol or other drugs has become a problem — for them or for the people who love them. It looks at what you're using, how much, and what it's helping you cope with, then builds practical skills for change at a pace you choose. It can be taken alongside therapy for anxiety, depression or trauma, since those often travel together.
